Filipp Kapustin
General Contractor & Custom Home Builder
With over 6 years leading Adapt Building Development, Filipp brings extensive expertise in custom home construction and project management. His comprehensive background spans every aspect of the building process, from initial design through final completion.
Prior to founding Adapt Building Development in 2019, Filipp honed his skills at JK Monarch, where he served as both Project Manager and Superintendent. In these roles, he coordinated all construction activities, managed subcontractor relationships, and ensured quality control throughout the building process.
Filipp's hands-on approach includes direct collaboration with engineers, architects, and vendors to deliver exceptional results. His experience walking homes with buyers and managing complex construction timelines ensures that every project meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
